We are delighted to welcome Jack Agland as the new Senior Branch Manager of Community Bank Braidwood & Bungendore.
Jack brings more than 10 years’ experience in retail banking and a genuine passion for helping customers, local businesses and communities thrive. Born and raised in Orange, Jack has also lived in Sydney, Wollongong and Canberra and has always felt most at home in regional communities.
Jack is particularly looking forward to getting to know the people of Braidwood and Bungendore and becoming part of both communities.
“I’ve spent the last decade in retail banking, and there’s nothing better than watching a local business grow and seeing our customers build and protect their wealth, all while giving back to the community,” Jack said.
The community banking model was one of the things that attracted Jack to the role. He is proud to join an organisation that has returned more than $12 million to local communities.
“That’s a completely different proposition to the big banks, and it’s why I’ve stuck with community banking.”
Jack’s approach is simple: his door is always open. Whether you have banked with us for years or have recently moved to the area, Jack encourages you to come into either branch, say hello and talk with the team about your banking needs.
Outside work, Jack enjoys basketball, going to the gym and following the rugby league. He and his partner have settled in the Canberra region and are enjoying making the area home.
Please join us in giving Jack a very warm welcome to Community Bank Braidwood & Bungendore.

Our mission is to be a substantial, sustainable and community-built business that contributes to community prosperity.
